Why Brite Dipped Aluminum?
Reanodized aluminum was quite popular on vintage trim due to its ability to retain brilliant shine without maintenance.
The raw, polished aluminum was virtually dipped into a chemical/electrical process that coated the metal with an amazingly
clean and reflective finish. Using virgin alloy in its original state, each trim piece came uniformly shiny and complete
from the factory, and retained its reflective quality for years to come.
